About

Joshua was born and raised in Dublin, Georgia. After completing his education and working for several years in Los Angeles, he returned home to Dublin to practice law with his family.

In addition to his legal work, Joshua also serves as Mayor of Dublin, having won a special election in November 2021.

Previously, Joshua served as Chairman of the Dublin Downtown Development Authority, helping downtown re-emerge as a vibrant cultural and economic center for the Dublin-Laurens community.

Joshua also served as Director of the Dublin-Laurens Land Bank Authority, an organization that fights blight, removes abandoned and dilapidated houses, and supports affordable housing.

An alumnus of Laurens Leadership, Joshua has previously served as a board member for several local non-profits including the American Red Cross, Keep Dublin Laurens Beautiful, the Dublin-Laurens Humane Society, and Visit Dublin.

Joshua, his wife, Victoria, and their three sons live in downtown Dublin and attend Christ Episcopal Church.
