Joshua Kight


Joshua graduated first in his class from the University of Georgia in 1995 with a degree in history. He received his J.D. degree with honors from Harvard Law School in 1998. 


After practicing with a large Los Angeles law firm (Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP) for several years, Joshua returned to his hometown in 2001. He has been practicing business law for twenty years and has represented clients throughout Georgia.

He is licensed to practice in all Georgia and California courts, including the Supreme Courts, the Courts of Appeal, and all federal district courts in Georgia and California. 

He regularly handles commercial real estate transactions throughout the state. 

His litigation practice is limited to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, the courts of Savannah-Chatham County, Macon-Bibb County, the Dublin Judicial Circuit, and other south Georgia superior courts.
